1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between MD88 ("us", "Platform") and you as a user ("Member", "you"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you:

• Registering a new account on the md 88 platform;
• Accessing, browsing, or using any part of the md 88 website or app;
• Making any deposit, bet, or financial transaction through our platform.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or third party, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement. MD88 reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2Account Eligibility

To become an MD88 Member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your profile information remains accurate and up to date;
• Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
• Notify md 88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the md 88 platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits: Funds deposited into your md 88 account must come from a legitimate source registered in your own name. MD88 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed according to the following procedure:

• MD88 reserves the right to close the account of any Member showing signs of problem gambling, at our sole discretion.

9Account Termination & Suspension

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the md 88 platform systems;
• Upon request by a relevant authority or regulatory body.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, MD88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including winnings, bonuses, and any remaining deposits in that account.

10Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

The md 88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. MD88 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully meet your expectations.

• MD88 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on our platform;
• MD88 bears no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform;
• In all circumstances, MD88's maximum liability to any Member is limited to the total amount deposited by that Member within the 30 days preceding the claim;
• MD88 is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party technical outages, natural disasters, or government directives.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

MD88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the md 88 website. We will endeavour to notify Members of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications.

Your continued use of the md 88 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
